Ordering Information
- All journal subscriptions are entered on a calendar-year basis
(January - December) and expire with the last issue of the last
volume listed.
- Subscriptions will be entered on "standing order until cancelled"
basis. Delivery will take place after receipt of payment. Renewal
notices will be sent automatically.
- All current subscription prices include postage and handling charges.
- Subscription prices and other date are subject to change without
prior notice.
- The individual subscription prices listed are valid only for those
individuals who wish to have a subscription for personal use.
- US$ subscription prices are valid for customers in the USA and
Canada only. In all other countries the subscription prices are
in Euros (EUR).
- We accept payment by means of all major credit cards, bank draft,
personal checks, international money orders and international postal
giro, but we encourage the use of direct bank transfers.
- All subscription prices are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT,
BTW, IVA, TVA, FPA, MOMS, WWST) and customers within the European
Union (EU) should add 6% VAT to their total order amount, unless
they are tax exempt and can give their VAT registration number when
placing their order. Please note that customers from the UK and
the Republic of Ireland are not charged VAT.
- Single issues are available separately upon request. Please contact
our Customer Services for prices and availability.
- Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.
- Claims for missing issues must be made within three months of
publication (European customers) or within five months of publication
(customers outside Europe). Please address your claims and enquiries
to our Customer Services.
